Thank you for shopping with AnchevaDesigns. Every piece — from our hand-painted candles to our ceramic creations — is made with care, and we take the same approach when it comes to getting your order safely to your door.
Processing Times
Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days. Made-to-order and personalised pieces require a little more time; please allow 5–7 working days for these. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email as soon as your order is on its way.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch (available at checkout)
We ship via trusted UK carriers to ensure your order arrives in the best condition.
Fragile Items & Packaging
Our candles and ceramics are delicate by nature, so we wrap every order with care. Each item is individually cushioned and packed in sturdy, protective outer packaging designed to withstand the journey. We take no shortcuts here — your pieces deserve to arrive as beautiful as they left our studio.

International Shipping
